When commissioning, please provide me with detailed information about the character (design/personality/backstory), background, character's pose, character's expression, scene vibe. I don't accept requests like "You can draw whatever you want" because that would be difficult for me to co-op with our best working result.

Before completing the sketch/full color step, I will send screencap to you so you can check it. After receiving full price, I will send the original PNG quality commission (artist's signed and unsigned version) to you via email.

Please don't rush deadline to get the best results. You can ask me about the progress and I'll update the progress for you.

In case you really need to rush, the rush fee will charge about 20-30% of the total commission prices, or more depending on the shortened time of the deadline. If the deadline is too short to the point that it reaches out of my ability, I will refuse.

During working process, you can change details up to 3 times (not much complex) without fee, after 3 times you still want to change, each time will be charged 3$. I'll fix for free if the mistake come from myself (miss or wrong details).

I don't accept change big details when I comes to the line/color step and the remaining steps, make sure that you complete your intention at the sketch step as much as possible. During coloring process, you can still talk to me about changing some small details.

During working process, if you're not satisfied with any part, please tell me clearly so that I can fix it for you and make product as best as possible. I won't accept cases where client didn't make it clear during working process, completed but was requested to refund because of dissatisfaction.

After you're satisfied with the sketch and don't want to change more, pay 100% total fee before I get to the remaining step.

With sketch step, I won't continue to color step until I receive enough 100% fee to ensure the commission goes smoothly.

Payment deadline is one week after the sketch step is completed. After one week, if artist does not receive enough price, progress will not continue. Client can negotiate with artist about next payment deadline. If client still cannot pay by the final payment deadline, the commission will be canceled. Client is not allowed to use commission for any purpose.

Client is not allowed to use sketch version before the finalized version.

I have right to use commission to make samples (will resize + insert watermark + credit commissioner). For private commission, private fee = 10$.

Client is not allowed to use personal commission for commercial purpose. However, client can use commission for personal printing/post freely or use as profile picture icon with credits artist's name.

You may not claim the work as your own.

Please understand that I have every right to refuse a commission.

Do not use commission to sell/pass at a higher price than the original price.

Do not use commission for AI (Artificial Intelligence) training purposes and no NFT.

After 3 changes as requested, if client still not satisfied, client can choose continue or refund. If client chooses refund, commission will be canceled without charge (only sketch step) and client are not allowed to use or take it anywhere.

If client want to refund, in case artist have completed the sketch step and received 100% of the fee, artist will refund 70% fee (Total fee is 100% for completion, refund fee = 70% of total fee).

Artist only accept refunds before the line/color step. If client cancel commission when artist have come to the coloring step, client will not receive a refund.

Artist don’t accept refund when the commission's process is done or almost done.

In case artist has problems that causes the deadline to be extended, artist will send notification to client. Client can:

1. Request a refund and artist will refund the fee depending on the current progress. Client has right to use commission's wip.

2. In case artist cannot complete on time after negotiation, artist will refund 100% of the total price and client has right to use the commission's wip.

I accept payment via PayPal/Momo e-wallet/E-Bank (Vietnam)

Current currency conversion: 1$ = 24.000vnđ

Total commission prices will include an additional 5% fee due to Paypal fee (Purchases for Goods and Services). If you use another payment method that doesn't charge a fee, this 5% fee will not be included in the total price.
